Thousands
of
people
have stopped smoking with hypnotherapy.
If they can do it, so can you.
When people come to a hypnotherapy
session to STOP SMOKING, their attitude will often range from one where
they are positive that hypnosis will help them, (usually because it
helped their friends,) to one of pessimism that nothing at all can stop
them from smoking. These more pessimistic people have usually
tried and failed so many times they think that not even hypnosis will
work, but they are still willing to 'give it a go'. The great thing
about hypnosis is that it helps the negative attitude about the chances
of success as well at the smoking habit, so that not only will they be
hypnotised to stop smoking, but also to feel as those they will
succeed. This gives them a huge boost, something that nicotine
replacement therapy cannot directly do.
A commonly asked questions is can I be
hypnotised? With a skilled hypnotherapist, everyone can be hypnotised,
as it is a natural state that we can all enter.
So, what happens at a STOP SMOKING
hypnotherapy session?
Even before clients come to a session,
the work has already commenced. When clients call to arrange an
appointment for STOP SMOKING, they are asked a few questions and are
set 'homework' tasks that help to ensure success and a readiness to
change their smoking habit. Then when clients arrive for their first
session, they are ready to discuss their smoking habit in detail. This
information is used through counseling and hypnotherapy to create the
desired change.
Care is taken in the session to
explain to clients how hypnosis and hypnotherapy works and what to
expect. So, considerable time is spent, to make clients feel as
relaxed and comfortable with the process as possible.
Clients are usually amazed at the end
of the session by the process, and find the experience profound.
When clients return for their second
session, the vast majority have stopped smoking, and express delight
with being a non-smoker, finally.
This is what just a few clients have
writen to say:
Hi Jeremy,
I just thought
I'd sent you a quick email and let you know of my progress.
Tomorrow will be
1 month since I have had a cigarette and I know I will never smoke
again. I've been to social gatherings, had stressful moments, periods
of boredom etc and not once have I even thought about smoking. In fact
I don't even associate myself with having been a smoker, it's like I've
forgotten that I've ever smoked and now cigarette smoke actually
repulses me.
You are a
miracle worker Jeremy! I have referred a few friends to you....I'll be
seeing you again soon also if you're available.
Hi Jeremy
Malcolm and I
would like to say thank you once again for providing a way for us to
experience the freedom of being NON SMOKERS easily and fearlessly!!!
and helping introduce us to our new selves. Definitely money well
spent!
Hi Jeremy,
Just to fill
you in on my success with my smoking.
It has been almost 2 months since my therapy with you and YES I know we
have done it. I have not touched a cigarette since.
I know it is
early stages, but somehow I can feel that this is it for the cancer
stick for good... What a
feeling!
I have been feeling so much better. My family and friends are so
delighted and most of all I know that healthwise, it was the right
thing to do.
Thanks
heaps for your help Jeremy.
Regards
Nathalie

Hello Jeremy,
I thought
I’d drop you a line and let you know that I’ve been free of my
addiction for 3 weeks now, since walking into your office on the 12th
Feb to be precise.
This is the
first time I have been clean of nicotine or withdrawal symptoms from
the same since I was 15 years old and I feel great. I used to
smoke every 45 minutes or so for over 30 years while conscious, so this
is quite a new experience for me and I want to thank you very much for
your patience and persistence.
The chance
to take a walk around inside myself and re arrange the furniture a bit
was illuminating and very beneficial. Ellie has remarked how much
calmer I am since the therapy and is delighted with the new non smelly,
non grumpy me.
Thank you
once again, and I will be sure to pass out your name cards to anyone I
know who would benefit (I’ve given two out already).
Kind regards,
Peter.
